Lowri Jên Bate
I am a dedicated photographer with a fascination for abandonment and the beauty that can be found in decaying, forgotten buildings.
I create fine art photographs using the stunning architecture which surrounds us from a historical aspect, sometimes with a twist of the macabre.
My work focuses on the abandonment from various angles, from the bright and colourful interiors of residential sites to the darker atmosphere that can be experienced in closed down Victorian hospitals and asylums, full of disused medical equipment.
It is my purpose to preserve history in a way that many people will not get to experience for themselves and I go the extra mile to ensue that I capture the most interesting aspects of life in the past.
I used high dynamic range and long exposure techniques to capture as much detail and quality as possible.
A full range of my photography is available on my Facebook and Flickr pages, including my work with automotive, landscape, wedding, and portraiture photography.
Please get in touch to arrange any requests for a range of my work which is suitable for all sizes of prints that can be framed, mounted onto canvas and digitally displayed.
